How to perfect an all-white wedding.

Colours make a huge different to the setting of any event, but especially a wedding.
Whilst I'd personally never set a theme, I think it's important to pick a colour or set of colours to work around. If not you can get a bit carried away and lost, picking one simple idea and sticking with it creates a much bigger impact than a jumble because you couldn't decide.

I'm currently toying with a few colours to go with, the first of which is all white.
It can seem a bit cold, but you can create a variety of looks; from minimalist and simple to fairy tale-esque and whimsical. Personally I would go for floaty and dreamy fabrics it creates a fresh and light look perfect for the big day!

Obviously you'd stick here with a classic white wedding dress. I'd go for a floaty chiffon and tulle number to follow the soft and dreamy feel of the day. Ugh I love wedding dresses so much and I haven't even tried any on yet!

Controversial, but I would DEFINITELY put my bridesmaids in white (if Kim can do it-so can I!). No one else will be wearing it, so they will stand out and would look so good next to the bride in photos. Choose a shorter style though (if you're having the classic long dress) so they are noticeably different to the bride.

Ah and such cute little tutu's for tiny bridesmaids!

I could easily go way over the top with white flowers.
Peonies are a personal favourite, all those soft ruffles are the epitome of a white wedding. The sweet blossom breaks the flowers bit, adding a different texture and interest. Greenery is needed for an all-white bouquet, here they've used grasses and succulents. I love this arrangement, with the variety of sizes and shapes it's got everything just right!

This could definitely be a possibility for my husband and/or groomsmen! I'm in love with a black tie affair!

Personally with an all-white wedding I'd stay traditional and put the groom and groomsmen in black suits.
So smart and classy with the bow tie and satin lapels - very 007.

Whether you go for a civil or religious option, I'd go for a soft and romantic look at the ceremony. Fresh rose petals and white lanterns as the bride sweeps up the aisle with rows of limewash chiavari chairs for the guests.

Fairy lights, bunting, white chair covers, jam jars of flowers and cyrstal. What more could you possibly want from a reception? Keep it clean and classy.

After all these beautiful images, an all-white wedding is definitely a possibility for me now!
What do you think?
