Woop woop! We did it!
It's been very cold here this week, but today has been glorious sunshine. I walked Harvey before work and it was so nice to feel the warm sunshine on your skin. For the first time I feel like maybe Spring will come after all! I am definitely getting bored of the cold now and wearing layer upon layer all day and night.
This week has flown by again, it's unnerving how fast this year is already going! We ate out on Tuesday, at Crust in Solihull. There are a few really good places to eat round there, I'd never been to Crust before but Tom went work people last year and it definitely lived up to his recommendations. We had milkshakes, huge burgers and a bucket of chips each. YUM. You can even do a Man vs Food challenge, but I don't think even I could have managed that one. We thought we couldn't manage a pudding, but then picked up a tub frozen yoghurt on the way home so that went out of the window!
Tomorrow morning me and Tom are going to reserve one of the houses we want in a new housing development near us (eep!) and go and have a look at another development in the area, just in case!
Then in the evening I'm meeting a friend for drinks who I grew up with and haven't seen for ages. She's staying over at ours then we're off for a Sunday Roast. We might even treat ourselves to a wild trip to the local Ikea, as the biggest in Europe is has 4 levels!
Hopefully the sun stays out all weekend! (Very much doubt it- it's forecast rain all day Saturday BOO)
